How to submit a request
Email privacy@rossandassociates-business.online with the subject line "Do Not Sell / Privacy Request." Include the email address associated with your account and a description of your request. We will verify your identity before fulfilling sensitive requests.
Authorized agents
You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. Authorized agents must provide proof of authority and we may contact you directly to verify the request.
Appeals
If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our response email. We will review the appeal and respond within the timeframe required by your jurisdiction.
