Nevada State Fees: Nevada Secretary of State and other government fees are disclosed separately for your exact filing before you approve it. We do not list estimated amounts here.
BOI eligibility: Entities created under U.S. law are exempt from BOI reporting. Only certain entities formed under foreign-country law and registered to do business in the United States may need to report, subject to exemptions. An entity formed in another U.S. state is still U.S.-created. State foreign qualification is not foreign-country formation. The $199 BOI fee is a one-time professional preparation fee for an eligible reporting company — not annual and not a FinCEN fee. Updated or corrected reports are $19 / $29 / $39 / $49 depending on scope, set by staff after review.
