2. Document Filing Services Only
Ross & Associates is a document preparation and filing service. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal, tax, or financial advice.We do not establish an attorney-client relationship with our clients. For legal advice, please consult a licensed attorney in your jurisdiction. For tax or financial advice, consult a licensed CPA or qualified financial advisor.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding contracts. By using our services, you represent that all information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of any entity for which you submit filings.
4. Fees & Payment
- Our fees are professional service fees only and do not include state, federal, or local government filing fees.
- Government fees are billed at cost and itemized separately on your invoice.
- Fees are due in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Failure to pay may result in suspension of services and removal from compliance monitoring.
5. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate, complete, and timely information.
- Review all prepared documents before submission.
- Maintain current contact information in the client portal.
- Respond promptly to compliance notices forwarded by Ross & Associates.
6. Service Limitations
Filing turnaround estimates are not guarantees. State processing times are outside of our control. We do not guarantee the approval of any filing by a government agency.
7. Confidentiality
We treat client information as confidential and apply commercially reasonable safeguards. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and store information.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ross & Associates' aggregate liability for any claim arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the fees paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ross & Associates from any claim arising out of inaccurate information you provided, your misuse of the services, or your violation of these Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Nevada.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
