Ross & Associates Business Formation and Filings provides client-directed document preparation and filing assistance for business formation, EIN applications, and business licenses and permits, plus registered-agent services.
We are not attorneys. We cannot provide legal advice or legal representation, and we cannot accept fees for legal advice or representation.
Clients must provide accurate and complete information, confirm their authority to act, and review and approve all documents before submission. No government agency outcome is guaranteed.
Payment authorizes work
Payment authorizes us to begin the services described in your accepted service agreement or order. Fees for document preparation actually performed and filings actually submitted are earned when that work is done and are generally non-refundable, except where a refund is required by law.
Cancellation and accounting
- You may cancel a service request by contacting us in writing.
- On cancellation we will provide an accounting of the work performed and costs incurred.
- Where applicable law requires it, including Nevada's document preparation services law (NRS Chapter 240A), we will return fees for services not performed and costs not incurred.
Government, agency, and vendor fees
Government, state, county, expedite, and third-party vendor fees are non-refundable only to the extent they have actually been paid and cannot be recovered under the receiving agency's or vendor's rules. If a government or vendor fee has not been paid on your behalf, it is not retained.
Registered Agent and Virtual Mailbox subscriptions
- Where you have enrolled in a recurring Registered Agent or Virtual Mailbox plan, its renewal and cancellation terms are stated in that plan's order or service agreement.
- You may cancel at any time; unless your agreement or applicable law provides otherwise, service continues through the end of the paid period.
- Canceling registered-agent service does not file a change of agent with the state; you remain responsible for appointing a replacement where required.
How to request a refund or accounting
Email billing@rossandassociates-business.online with your invoice number and the reason for your request. We respond to refund inquiries within five (5) business days.
Billing disputes and your rights
- We will correct duplicate or erroneous charges promptly once identified.
- We encourage you to contact us first so we can resolve concerns quickly, but you keep every right you have under law, including the right to dispute a charge with your card issuer.
- We will not charge penalties or fees for a lawful chargeback or billing dispute.
